With all his mileage, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James should not be blocking dunk attempts by players much younger than him and continuing to barrel his way on the other end for a strong layup. That's exactly what happened against the Portland Trail Blazers when Nik Stauskas tried to throw one down in front of James.

LeBron James is already in his 16th season. Furthermore, his 33-year-old body has gone through the extreme after playing in eight consecutive NBA Finals series. Despite all these, he is still playing like he's in his mid-20's.

It seems like Father Time has not caught up to James yet in this stage of his career, as he is still in his prime. This is a rare occurrence in any sport that is meant to be appreciated regardless of where one's loyalty lies.

So far, LeBron James is making the type of impact that everyone expected when he signed with the Lakers.

When James goes downhill at high speeds as he did in the play above, it is virtually impossible to stop him and that was very evident with how the Blazers appeared helpless in transition.

Prior to Wednesday night's tilt against the Blazers, James was averaging 26.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, 7.1 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He's also shooting 50.4 percent from the field and 31.6 percent from 3-point distance.
