Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James got fouled by Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray while driving in the open floor at the start of the fourth quarter of Game 5.

While in mid-air, James already called for the and-1 even before converting the layup.

Watch the highlight play below:

That's just not fair.

James is a freight train in transition and Murray certainly had no choice but to foul him intentionally as he made his way to the hoop.

The Nuggets were up in arms over the and-1, as referees don't tend to call the continuation on that kind of play. The officials, however, believed the Lakers star was already in his shooting motion as he went up for the layup.

LeBron James and the Lakers are now on their way to the NBA Finals after defeating the Nuggets, 117-107, in Game 5. Personally, The King will make the 10th NBA Finals appearance of his career. They now await the winner of the Miami Heat-Boston Celtics series in the Eastern Conference Finals.
