After the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Boston Celtics by a score of 129-128, LeBron James went over to speak to Bill Belichick. Belichick had just led the New England Patriots to their sixth Super Bowl victory in the last two decades.

James walked over and was seen saying a few words to the coach, shook his hand, and walked away. You can watch the clip of the conversation below:

James and the Lakers have been going through a tough time. After being out for a month or so with a left groin strain, James came back to a team barely floating above .500. At the same time, the team was attempting to acquire Anthony Davis from the New Orleans Pelicans. By the time the deadline ended, the Lakers were unable to acquire the superstar.

It was reported that the Celtics had told the Pelicans to wait on trading Davis until Kyrie Irving becomes a free agent.

After everything had gone down, James knew that he would have to come out against the Boston Celtics and carry them to victory.  James did exactly that, completely dominating. He dropped a 28-point, 12-rebound, 10-assist triple-double. He also hit five of the team's 22 total 3-pointers. The team had in total seven players in double digits. Kuzma had 25 points and five rebounds. Caldwell-Pope, Rondo, and JaVale McGee each had 17.

Three starters and six total players scored in double-digits for the Celtics. Kyrie Irving dropped 24 points along with seven rebounds and eight assists. Jayson Tatum added 22 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists. Daniel Theis had 20 points off the bench. Terry Rozier scored 18 and had six assists, and Jaylen Brown added 18 points.
