Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James knew who to call right away after his team won the 2020 NBA championship on Sunday in Game 6 versus the Miami Heat.
As he laid on the floor with goggles in his eyes and a cigar at hand, LeBron shared the moment with his doting mom Gloria James via a video call. Here's the heartwarming video.

LeBron James, of course, will forever be a mama's boy at heart. He was raised by a single mother and the pair endured a lot of hardships together before LeBron became a superstar in the NBA.
This is James' first championship where his mother Gloria was not in attendance to support him. LeBron's wife Savannah was the only one from the James Gang who made it to the bubble in Florida.
The King has been open about feeling homesick inside the bubble, admitting that this is the longest time he hasn't seen his kids and his mom.
Those sacrifices are definitely worth it, now that LeBron fulfilled his promise to bring the Lakers back to the top of the basketball world.
