Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is very appreciative of the efforts by the UCLA health staff amid the coronavirus pandemic.

James made a special video for them, as transcribed by TMZ:

“I just want to let you know that ya'll hard work and ya'll dedication does not go unnoticed,” LeBron James said. “The James Gang family here thanks you guys and hopefully we can get back on our feet and we can get back to our everyday lives very soon.

“I just want to say thank you once again. Like I said, do not think for one second that you guys are not recognized, that you guys are going unnoticed. The time and the commitment that you guys are putting in, it's truly commendable and remarkable at the same time. So, God bless you guys and can't wait to see you guys again. One love.”

This was a great gesture by the Lakers star. The King knows that his voice travels far and means a lot to people.

The UCLA health staff and medical workers all around the world deserve nothing but praise for the work they have been doing since the coronavirus became a pandemic.

Before the NBA suspended play, James and the Lakers had the best record in the Western Conference standings. The Lakers were an impressive 49-14 on the season, thanks to the efforts of LeBron and fellow superstar Anthony Davis.

In his second season with the Lakers, James is averaging 25.7 points, 7.9 rebounds and 10.6 assists while shooting 49.8 percent from the field, 34.9 percent from beyond the arc and 69.7 percent from the free-throw line.

NBA owners are hoping to resume the season in the summer. LeBron and the Lakers are certainly hoping so since the team was one of the front-runners to win the 2020 NBA title.
