LeBron James appeared to be having a lot of fun on Tuesday night, as the Los Angeles Lakers poured it on against the Memphis Grizzlies at Staples Center. L.A. emerged victorious in this one with a final score of 120-91, and for his part, James was even able to spearhead some “Taco Tuesday” chants towards the tail end of this blowout game:

James has revolutionized Taco Tuesday with his endearing social media posts about his love for this Mexican delicacy. The three-time NBA champ even reportedly applied for a trademark for the “Taco Tuesday” brand, but it was denied.

Furthermore, Lakers fans get free tacos when they win at Staples Center while holding their opponent under 111 points (up from 100 points previously).

LeBron had a relatively laid-back evening, logging 23 points (on 8-of-15 shooting), two 3-pointers, two rebounds, eight assists, a block, and six turnovers against the Grizzlies. It was new teammate Anthony Davis who carried much of the workload, putting forth his best effort as a Laker thus far with a monstrous 40-point, 20-rebound double-double, while also going a historic 26-of-27 from the line.

That's now three straight wins for a surging Lakers side following their opening-night defeat at the hands of the Los Angeles Clippers. LeBron and company will have two nights off to recuperate, as they take on the Dallas Mavericks on Friday to start their three-game road trip.

James is obviously enjoying life in Los Angeles right now with Davis in the picture. LeBron can cruise through games like this when Davis is cooking, which should allow him to remain fresh toward the latter part of the season.
