Some highlights of LeBron James' offseason basketball practice has recently surfaced. However, it is not the typical workout video one would expect, as it features an unusual personality on defense against James.

In a clip shared by House of Highlights on Instagram, LeBron is seen playing around on the court with his kids, even adorably posting up his 3-year-old daughter, Zhuri.

Zhuri did not exactly play outstanding defense on his dad, as James was easily able to sink a right-handed hook shot over her 3-foot daughter. In her defense, the post up move did catch Zhuri off guard, and she appeared to be more concerned about the chips she was munching on as opposed to preventing his father from scoring.

It's all about taking it easy and relishing family time at this point for LeBron. However, the upcoming season will be anything but easy for James and the Los Angeles Lakers.

The 33-year-old's eight straight NBA Finals appearance is at great risk this upcoming season, as he is once again expected to do most of the heavy lifting for a revamped Lakers squad. The young core of Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, and Kyle Kuzma remains in tact, but they have a cumulative Playoffs experience of zero.

The Lakers front office have been successful in signing tenured veterans of late, but their on-court chemistry remains to be seen. In JaVale McGee and Rajon Rondo, the Lakers have brought in two former NBA champions into the fold, and surely their experience will go a long way.

Nonetheless, LeBron understands that ultimate success for the Lakers will not be achieved overnight, and that it will be a long and arduous process. He is all in for the purple and gold, and is in it for the long haul.
