Los Angeles Lakers’ superstar LeBron James has been teasing us with his quarterback skills during pre-game warm ups. He displayed that passing prowess in the Lakers’ match versus the Washington Wizards at the Staples Center on Friday, connecting on two impressive plays with teammates Dwight Howard and Danny Green in just a span of 30 seconds.

James first hooked up his athletic center with a gorgeous backdoor alley-oop at the 1:05 mark of the second quarter.

He collected a rebound off of a Bradley Beal missed at the other end, then proceeded to display his excellent court vision by locating a streaking Danny Green at the break.

Green caught the cross-court pass and made the easy lay-in, increasing the home team’s lead to 70-47 right before halftime.

James currently leads the league in assist, tallying 11.0 per game. He is averaging 25.8 points on 49.6 shooting from the field and 35 percent from downtown in 18 games for the Purple and Gold.
