Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James delivered on his promise to continue fighting for racial injustice upon the resumption of the 2019-20 NBA regular season.

Shortly after the Lakers lost their scrimmage against the Dallas Mavericks, 108-104 on Thursday, The King once again took the opportunity to denounce the killing of Breonna Taylor.

“I want to continue to shed light on justice for Breonna Taylor and to her family and everything that's going on with that situation,” James told reporters post-game.

Breonna Taylor was fatally shot by members of the Louisville Police Department inside her own apartment last March. Her family already filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the department, but the three police officers involved in the incident have yet to be charged.

LeBron James, on the other hand, promised to continue using both the NBA and his own platform to keep supporting the Black Lives Matter Movement. He finished with 12 points and five assists against the Mavericks after sitting out the entire second half.
