Kobe and Gianna were killed in a helicopter crash outside Los Angeles last month. Sadly, all nine passengers on the flight, including his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, perished in the tragic accident. According to several accounts, the group was on its way to the Mamba Sports Academy, where Kobe was to serve as a coach for his daughter’s basketball team.
A five-time champion and 18-time All-Star with the Lakers, Kobe Bryant will be remembered as one of the greatest basketball players the NBA has ever known. May his legacy, as well as his “Mamba Mentality,” live on forever.
