The Golden State Warriors were helpless against the Los Angeles Lakers, and Warriors fans who watched the 116-86 loss found that there wasn't much reason to be cheerful. However, they found their fun when Alex Caruso played during the fourth quarter of the game.

The game was virtually lost as the Lakers fielded Caruso to play significant fourth-quarter minutes. The moment the Bald Mamba entered the fray, Warriors fans immediately jumped on the Alex Caruso bandwagon and entertained themselves by giving Caruso the MVP chants.

It is definitely bizarre for the casual NBA fan that a player like Caruso is getting MVP chants from Warriors fans, but diehard NBA fans understand why they're trolling or showering him with love. He doesn't look like the prototypical NBA player, but he's cut a nice spot for himself in the Lakers roster. He's averaging 5.5 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.8 assists a game. His high-flying dunks also gets the bench and the rest of Staples Center off their feet.

While the Warriors Nation had their fun, the Dubs lost eight straight games. They hope things change for the better. Meanwhile, Caruso hopes that the good times keep on coming for the Purple and Gold.
