Lamar Odom will no longer be a resident of Miami soon.

It has been reported that the former Sixth Man of the Year and two-time NBA champion has listed his Pinecrest mansion for sale and has placed a $5.2 million price tag on it, according to Corinne Heller and Alli Rosenbloom of E! News Online.

“The former NBA star is selling one of his homes, a more than 8,550-square-foot, six-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom, two-story mansion in Pinecrest, Florida, south of Miami. The asking price is $5.2 million. A source told E! News exclusively that Lamar had recently rented out the house, which was put on the market earlier this week.”

It is believed that Odom purchased and lived in it during his stint with the Miami Heat back in the 2003-2004 season. The huge home has its own spa, tennis court and basketball court, just to name some of its amenities.

After it was apparently rented out, Odom's sudden decision to sell it instead has drawn a lot of speculations that maybe he badly needs the money so he could get back on his feet.

Although the real reason for selling his mansion is still unclear, his fans are hoping he could put the money into good use, and not go back to the lifestyle he used to have which nearly cost him his life. He may have done a lot of wrong things in the past, but he continues to have people believing and wishing him the best.
