Year in and year out, collectors try their luck in hitting the revered Logoman card of the hottest rookie of the season. For this year, it’s all about pulling that one LaMelo Ball card that contains the said patch. Well, the hunt is over and one lucky breaker from Taiwan has hit the jackpot.

In a video shared by Cardporn, Rich Rips is shown breaking a box of Panini’s 2020-21 National Treasures set. With plastic gloves in his hand and a pair of energy drinks in the background, the said product was ripped open to see what was inside.

The break started with cards that featured Jordan Clarkson, Ben Simmons, Myles Turner, and Aaron Gordon, and RJ Hampton. While these were all good and great, they wouldn’t come close to the monster pull that followed Hampton’s rookie jersey card.

With the reveal of the Logoman phrase from the card’s right side, the cover was quickly removed to show LaMelo Ball on it. As expected, the breaker lost all sense of composure and screamed like there’s no tomorrow. Even in Mandarin, card enthusiasts will instantly relate to the joy and elation of this wicked pull.

While the value of this banger can’t be accurately determined right now, a close gauge can be obtained, thanks to eBay’s Sold Listings feature. As of now, the most expensive LaMelo Ball card sold on the platform is a National Treasures Rookie Patch Auto numbered one out of five copies. After 84 bids, the said card sold for $150,100 at the end of August.

It’s safe to say that this jaw-dropping Logoman patch card of the Charlotte Hornets' young stud will demand a lot of interest and value on the market. Nevertheless, it’s still one awesome pull that won’t be matched anytime soon.
