From father to businessman to professional attention-getter to head coach, LaVar Ball somehow gets everything he wants. His ascension in the basketball world has been a quick one. Now, the father of international players LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball will coach his sons and the whole professional Vytautas team from Lithuania. Through Twitter, the team announced LaVar will serve as the coach for the last game of the Big Baller Brand challenge, as the team faces Jonavos Jonava.

It is not a big surprise that Ball was allowed to be the head coach of the team. He had previously served as an assistant coach in a previous Big Baller Brand Challenge game, in which the team defeated BC Dzukija with a 147-142 score. It appears as if the elder Ball already knows how the players and system in Vytautas work, as he has been given full control of what will happen on the court. Expect the Vytautas staff to work closely with LaVar, as there is still a language barrier between most of the players and their one-game coach.

The Big Baller Brand Challenge is a set of five friendly games set up by Ball and the team to allow LiAngelo and LaMelo to play big minutes while facing other players in their age range. Vytautas is undefeated throughout this set of BBB Challenge games, but still 4-16 and sitting dead last in the Lithuanian League, the nation's professional league that features better and more experienced talent.

Expect LiAngelo and LaMelo to get heavy minutes. If the team loses their only BBB Challenge game with LaVar as the head coach, expect social media to immediately start mocking Coach Ball.
