NA League of Legends organization 100 Thieves has made news about alleged roster changes. The team is in a rush to rebuild their lineup following the departure of prominent AD Carry Cody Sun. The Carry left the organization early in November after his contract expired.

100 Thieves have allegedly entered into a verbal agreement with fellow NA League squad, Golden Guardians according to Travis Gafford. The supposed deal will involve the transfer of Carry Victor “FBI” Huang and Can “Closer” Çelik from Golden Guardians to 100 Thieves.

Currently, both organizations have had mixed success in the NA league. However, 100 Thieves have managed to make it to the local finals and the world championship once. Should the acquisition push through, it allows Golden Guardians to make some much-needed lineup adjustment as well. Fans can hope to see new players gracing the GG roster next season.

Closer primarily played in the Turkish scene prior to transfer to the NA region to play for the Guardians in 2019. Similarly, FBI also hailed from a different region, playing in the Oceania region up until mid-2019. Hopefully, the addition of these two young players will be the push 100 Thieves needs in order to succeed in the NA region.

Pre-season roster changes often involve the transfer of high-profile players. 100 Thieves is playing it smart by keeping their heads down and working at their roster change earnestly. Given their pretty dismal track record in past seasons, this is the best approach for this currently struggling organization. Nothing is set in stone however so we will have to wait for the official announcements from these organizations within the week.
