Golden Tate doesn't know what to expect moving forward and he's letting the world know.

The Notre Dame product has made it publicly known he's looking for a new contract yet halfway through the offseason, he's still without that wish. With June right around the corner, he admits he doesn't know what to expect moving forward, via Kyle Meinke of Michigan Live.

“I don't know what to expect,” the YAC king said Thursday after wrapping up the first round of OTAs in Allen Park. “There's a lot of offseason left. I'm just trying to work and not worry about it. I just try to take it day by day, and not worry about the things I can't control. But one thing I can control is the effort I bring out there, the leadership I bring to this organization, and the product I put on film. So that's kind of all I'm worried about right now.”

Tate, 29, has been nothing short of spectacular in Detroit since coming over from the Seattle Seahawks.

In 2014, he was named to the Pro Bowl with 1,331 yards on 99 total grabs. He's also topped the 1,000-yard mark receiving two of the last three years with Matthew Stafford at the helm.
