The Detroit Lions have nothing to lose in Week 17 and they didn't waste any time pulling out some trickery on Sunday. To take an early lead, Danny Amendola threw a touchdown pass to David Blough on a wild trick play versus the Green Bay Packers.

The play began with Blough faking the handoff to Ty Johnson in the backfield. After getting the defense to bite on the fake, Blough pitched the ball to Amendola and ran a wheel route down the sideline.

While the Packers were in man-coverage, no one was covering the young quarterback down the field. Therefore, Amendola had an easy throw to make and Blough was able to walk into the end zone.

By throwing a touchdown, Amendola now has two passing touchdowns in his career. On the other hand, Blough now has his first career receiving touchdown in just his fifth start for the Lions.
