For some people, wearing expensive pieces of jewelry is one way to really flaunt your riches. Logan Paul, on the other hand, has a very different take on this matter.

Right before his match with Floyd Mayweather in Miami, the social media personality was seen in the locker room wearing a BGS 10 First-Edition Charizard Holo Pokemon card around his neck. Said slab was customized to allow Logan Paul to wear it like a necklace as he walked straight to the boxing ring with his entourage.

The card in question cost Paul a whopping $150,000 to purchase. In comparison, a BGS 9.5 of the same card recently sold on eBay for $30,000. Meanwhile, a PSA 10 copy of this Holo Charizard went higher on the same platform by selling for $349,995.

Logan Paul, a known Pokemon enthusiast, has expressed his love for the franchise and its corresponding trading cards in the past. In October of last year, the social media star hosted a live stream on YouTube and ripped sealed boxes containing $200,000 worth of Pokemon trading cards

More than two months ago, Paul was joined on a stream by Ken Goldin, founder of Goldin Auctions, to unpack first-edition Pokemon card packs. During said stream, a total of 12 holographic cards worth $2 million got unpacked. Included in these cards were two holographic Charizards.

With this recent stunt by Paul, the card hobby is once again placed in the spotlight because of the card’s jaw-dropping price. One thing is for sure: This won’t be the last time Logan Paul shows his love of Pokemon trading cards to the public.

As for the match itself, Paul didn't get knocked out by Mayweather, going the distance in eight rounds. He has to be pretty happy about that, even if he didn't land many punches.
