Lonzo Ball has found himself in an interesting situation with his Big Baller Brand so far in his career. The 19-year old UCLA-product along with his father LaVar Ball spent a lot of time hyping up their new brand when it was unveiled in 2016. But now that Lonzo ha began his career as a Laker, his shoe choice has fluctuated across many different brand.

So far, he has worn his own BBB, Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and now Jordan for upcoming game versus the Dallas Mavericks in the Sin City semi-final round of the Las Vegas Summer League. When asked about his differing shoe choices, Lonzo is not shy to drop hints to where he is taking both himself and his brand.

Of course, Lonzo is strategically crafting a message he wants to send to any and everyone listening to his shoe game hype. Players almost never create their own brand right out of the gate, but LaVar probably had plentiful influence in the decision. This is a long term plan, as LaVar wholeheartedly expects all of his children to compete at the professional level one day.

Now that you think about it, that has to be some insane amount of pressure for LaMelo and LiAngelo Ball.
