The Los Angeles Rams are set to take on the Arizona Cardinals in a heated NFC West divisional matchup. Both franchises are undefeated right now, meaning the winner of this game will take an early lead in the NFC West. It's time to continue our NFL predictions series with a Rams Week 4 prediction.

It's no secret the Rams have one of the best defenses in the league. We just watched them slow down a high-powered Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense in Week 3. For that reason, we should see LA contain the Cardinals air-raid offense on Sunday. Jalen Ramsey is arguably the best cornerback in the league and should be in for a big game.

Offensively, the Rams have been on fire so far and there's no reason to believe they'll slow down anytime soon. The Cardinals' defense has played above expectations, but Los Angeles might be too much to handle. Look for Cooper Kupp to have another big game while Matthew Stafford continues playing like an elite quarterback.

Rams Week 4 Predictions

4. Rams defense locks down the Cardinals passing attack

LA has the defense to slow down any opponent in the league. Aaron Donald is a human wrecking ball that blasts opposing offensive lines. The edge-rushing seems to have improved as well, giving the Rams a well-balanced front seven. Meanwhile, the secondary is one of the best in the league.

This is a tough matchup for the Cardinals and it's hard to imagine they come out on top on Sunday. Instead, look for the Rams to stifle Arizona's passing game as Los Angeles earns their fourth win this year.

3. Jalen Ramsey records 2 interceptions

Jalen Ramsey is one of, if not, the best cornerback in the NFL. He's going up against an elite wide receiver in DeAndre Hopkins, who is a similar caliber of player as Ramsey. This is a highly anticipated contest, but we could see Ramsey have a huge game against a divisional rival. Keep an eye on him, as he could walk away with more than one interception on Sunday.

2. Cooper Kupp explodes for 120+ yards and 2 touchdowns

Many believed Robert Woods would be Matthew Stafford's favorite target. Instead, it's been Cooper Kupp. In just three games, Kupp has reeled in 25 receptions, 367 receiving yards, and five touchdowns. He's playing like an elite receiver right now, providing the Rams with consistency in their passing attack.

We should see Kupp at his full potential on Sunday. The Cardinals don't have an elite secondary by any means, as the defense has been relying on their strong front seven. Look for Cooper Kupp to lead the Rams in receiving yet again, as he's primed to have another big game.

1. Matthew Stafford continues his MVP run

Matthew Stafford has always been a great quarterback. However, he's finally with a franchise that knows how to build a roster. Since joining the Rams, Stafford has been going bonkers, as he's already thrown for 942 yards and nine touchdowns.

He might have his handful with the Cardinals' impressive pass rush, but it's likely not enough to contain Stafford's prowess in the pocket. He's been on fire recently and there's no real reason to believe that streak won't continue. Matthew Stafford has stood out as an early MVP candidate and he should solidify that idea more so on Sunday.
