Rapper J. Cole recently joined the Orlando Magic training camp, rubbing elbows with stars like Cole Anthony, Jalen Suggs, and the rest of the team. The 36-year-old hip-hop icon is one of the most talented athletes in the rap game right now and he certainly looks like he can ball with the best of them.

Does this mean that J. Cole is aiming for a 10-day with the Magic? Probably not, realistically speaking. Still, seeing Cole turn up and play amidst elite-level ballers was such a pleasant sight for both hip-hop and basketball fans. Even the Magic's own Cole Anthony clearly had a ton of fun having Jermaine Cole around (via Cole Anthony):

It's been a busy past few months for the Fayetteville native. Aside from dropping his newest studio project fittingly called ‘The Off-Season', J. Cole has been going back to his roots and reigniting the sport he fell in love with back in the day. Aside from referencing NBA superstars like LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Damian Lillard, Russell Westbrook, and Ja Morant in different tracks in his latest album, the Grammy-winner also made his professional basketball debut a few months ago.

Cole signed a contract with the Rwanda Patriots and ended up playing two games for the team for the inaugural season of the Basketball Africa League. Although the rapper's professional stint was rather short-lived, it was still pretty impressive that an artist of his caliber actually had it in him to play at this level.
