Orlando Magic forward Aaron Gordon is a human highlight reel, and he showed that to everyone in their match against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Aaron Gordon provided what could be said as on of the best highlights of the week with a monstrous alley-oop on Taj Gibson. The Timberwolves veteran left a lot of space near the rim, allowing Gordon to take flight for the epic finish.

Gordon has been a very productive player for the Magic this season. Entering Thursday's matchup with the Timberwolves, he is averaging 15.8 points, 7.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game while shooting 45.1 percent from the field and 34.5 percent from beyond the arc.

The Magic have also had a season that exceeded most fans' expectations. They've gone 22-32 and sit 10th in the NBA's Eastern Conference. The hiring of Steve Clifford has done a great change for the team.

Clifford has centered the offense around Nikola Vucevic and his ability to be a playmaker and initiate the offense. It's worked like a charm. Coming into the new year, there seemed to be some playoff hopes for the team. Since then, they've dropped into the lottery.

For the Timberwolves, they just coudn't catch a break after all the drama early in the season. First, they traded away their star guard Jimmy Butler to the Philadelphia 76ers. A month or so later, the team fired their head coach Tom Thibodeau and promoted Flip Saunders' son, Ryan Saunders, to the head coaching position.

Though Saunders is young, he hasn't changed much to the offense. Karl-Anthony Towns is getting more touches, but oftentimes Saunders will play too many people inside the paint at once. For the Wolves to unlock their highest potential, a pace-and-space offense would do wonders to their offensive efficiency.

It will be interesting to see who they hire this offseason.
