Markelle Fultz of the Orlando Magic got up — real up — for a put-back dunk against the Toronto Raptors.

The highlight probably caught everyone by surprise. After all, Fultz — the first overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft — only played a total of 33 games due to a lingering shoulder injury. But for those who have followed Fultz since college, they very well know that the Maryland native can get up and fly. On top of his mastery of basketball's fundamentals, scouts got attracted to him because of his sheer athleticism.

However, Fultz' putback slam was not enough to give the Magic the momentum they needed in crunch time. The defending champions came out as victors, 104-95. Veteran guard Kyle Lowry led all scorers with 26 points, along with six assists and four rebounds. Pascal Siakam had 24 points and nine rebounds, Fred VanVleet had 14 points, and OG Anunoby had 12 points.

Fultz, for his part, finished with 13 points, five assists, and three rebounds. He has scored in double figures in his first three games of the 2019-20 season. Other contributors include Jonathan Isaac who led the team with 24 points and seven rebounds. Evan Fournier chipped in 18 points, DJ Augustin had 10, and Terrence Ross had 11 points.
