Reigning Premier League champions Man City released their third kit on Wednesday and boy, did fans across social media absolutely rip it apart. Take a look at the jersey:

Alright, to be fair, that has to be one of the worst jerseys ever. It basically looks like a Man City t-shirt and it's also missing a crest. People on Twitter clearly thought the same. Just look at some of these comments:

Yikes. People are not liking it. But since it is Man City's third kit, they probably won't wear it that often. Nonetheless, it's not a good look. The Citizens' pursuit of another PL title got off to a shaky start last Sunday, suffering a 1-0 defeat to Tottenham in North London. Spurs were also without Harry Kane as he continues to ramp up his fitness, with Heung-min Son scoring their lone goal. Kane's future with the club remains in doubt as well, with Man City still interested in splashing the cash to bring in the England international.

With the side's lack of finishing in the final third, the need for Kane became crystal clear. However, Pep Guardiola's men were missing Kevin De Bruyne and Phil Foden due to injuries.

It will be interesting to see if Kane ultimately takes his talents to Man City and if he does, you'd have to believe he wouldn't be thrilled to be wearing their third kit. In fact, no one in the squad probably is.
