Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has shocking advice for Marcus Rashford amid the Man United winger's close return after going through shoulder surgery in July.

Off the pitch, Rashford has done extensive charity work, providing food for millions of children throughout the pandemic. He has received tons of applause for his work, even from the royal family, honoring Rashford with the title of ‘MBE' or ‘Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.'

Apart from charity work, Rashford has also garnered an honorary doctorate from the University of Manchester earlier this month.

Rashford's boss acknowledges all of his remarkable work outside Football but stresses the importance of the task at hand.

“Marcus has done some remarkable and fantastic things,” said Solksjaer.

“But now he maybe needs to prioritize his football.”

The English forward is currently 23 years old, a luxury for many football players in painting their peak physical capability—something Solskjaer recognizes.

“He is coming into the best age for a footballer and he's got a challenge on his hands here at Manchester United – and has a challenge on his hands to play for England.”

“Marcus knows that we want a lot from him, but we are going to give him the time to get back to what he was and what he can be,” Man United's boss added.

Today, Man United sits at fourth of the Premier League table and has struggled recently across all competitions. Rashford's return from injury can surely boost the team's firepower. However, the question is, will he give in to Solskjaer's advice?
