At 36-years-old, Man United striker Cristiano Ronaldo is showing absolutely zero signs of aging. He’s still scoring goals for fun and using his impressive pace to sprint past defenders.

It’s no secret that he takes phenomenal care of his body, whether it’s fitness and/or eating a healthy diet. Well, if you’re asking Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, he believes Ronaldo has many years left playing at the highest level in Europe. Via Simon Stone of BBC Sport:

“Wouldn’t be surprised if he still played when he’s 40. The way he looks after himself is key + there must be some genes or DNA in there but he’s put every single ounce of energy + effort into becoming player he is. Deserves every plaudit for his physical state.”

Indeed, it’s true. Cristiano is in insane shape for his age, still possessing a ripped physique and clearly visible abs. The Portuguese international has been absolutely phenomenal in his second stint at Old Trafford, already bagging four goals in just three appearances for Man United. He even scored a brace in his debut against Newcastle.

We obviously have no clue how much longer Ronaldo will be playing, but given the fact that he’s lighting up arguably the best league in the world in his mid-30’s, it’s safe to say that he doesn’t plan to stop any time soon. Plus, Ronaldo still has more trophies to win with the Red Devils, anyway. After all, that’s why he came back to the club where he blossomed into a superstar.
