Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has left fans stunned with his heartfelt admission regarding his future as Manchester United manager.

Prior to Manchester United’s humiliating 0-5 loss to Liverpool, pressure has already been mounting on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as calls of his sacking as the club’s manager has already been a subject of various discussions.

Well aware of his situation, Solskjaer hinted at what he plans to do next as his Manchester United hit “rock bottom” this season.

According to the Solskjaer, the “only way” he is getting out of this hurdle is to face it head on.

“Well, the only way I know how to approach life,” Solskjaer said after the match via Manchester Evening News. “That's to wake up tomorrow morning, look forward, evaluate what's gone on, what's gone wrong, do my very, very best to come through a difficult time.”

“This is the worst feeling,” he continued. “You feel rock bottom and the feeling we've had, that we are getting to where we want to be, has been there. But in the last few weeks we've hit a brick wall. The results haven't come, the performances haven't come, we've conceded too many goals, too many easy goals and that's a concern.”

As for his future with Manchester United, the Norwegian implied that as long as he’s in charge, he will remain responsible for the team.

“Well, I've heard nothing else [on my future] and I'm still thinking about tomorrow's work,” the manager stressed. “Of course, we're all low, I can't say now that I've felt any worse than this, this is the worse I've been, the lowest I've been, but I accept the responsibility and that is mine today and it's mine going forward.”
