Although Memphis Grizzlies starters' Marc Gasol and Mike Conley are sidelined with injuries — Gasol after a surgery to repair a fracture in his right foot, Conley with an achilles injury — the pair are still doing their best to contribute to the team.

This year has been a struggle for the Grizzlies team when it comes to injuries, with an NBA record of 28 players being called up to the team to compensate for sidelined teammates. To give back to loyal members of the fan base, Gasol and Conley bought 500 tickets for Game 3 to give away to fans.

“Although Mike and I can't be there on the court to help, we want to help make FedEx Forum the amazing home playoff atmosphere it's been over the last six years,” Gasol said in a statement. “It's been a tough season but we are not giving up. Whatever we can do to add to the excitement and ensure those who have never been to a playoff game have the opportunity, we want to do it.”

This week, Memphis will return home to face off against the Spurs after back-to-back blowouts in San Antonio.
