The Dallas Mavericks official Twitter account is definitely doing its bit to keep the festive mood rolling this weekend by sharing a hilarious clip featuring Dirk Nowitzki and Luka Doncic.

In the brief, one-minute video, the two Mavs teammates are shown participating in the Whisper Challenge, wherein they take turns trying to lip read what the other one is trying to say. If this does not, at the very least, pry a smile from you, then nothing else will likely do the job for you this weekend.

Obviously, English is not the primary language of these two studs, with Doncic actually still in the process of mastering the language after only arriving in U.S. soil less than a year ago. Nevertheless, both guys did fare impressively well in the challenge, as they were able to get some of the words and phrases right. For the rest of their incorrect entries, however, we simply cannot help but laugh.

Both players are a big part of this year's edition of the All-Star weekend.

Doncic took part in Friday's Rising Stars Challenge, but had a relatively quiet evening, finishing with 13 points, two three-pointers, nine assists, and five rebounds in a losing effort for Team World. The current front-runner for this season's Rookie of the Year award was also a participant in the Skills Challenge, but was eventually outdueled by fellow rookie Trae Young in the second round.

As for Nowitzki, he had a rather mediocre performance in his first-ever appearance in Saturday's 3-Point Contest, bowing out in the first round with a score of 17 points. This would have been enough to carry him to the final round on another evening, but this was not the case with the likes of eventual champion Joe Harris and Stephen Curry feeling it tonight.

Dirk is an honorary selectee in the All-Star game, and he will be featuring in Sunday's star-studded matchup in what is likely going to be his last ever appearance in an All-Star contest.
