Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic is truly one of the best offensive players in the NBA today, and if you need any proof, then look no further than his scoring totals over his first three seasons.

As Todd Whitehead of Synergy Basketball noted, Doncic is on pace to crack the Top 10 of the Mavs' scoring list in his fourth year in the NBA. Yes, just a few years into the league and he's already set to surpass the likes of his head coach Jason Kidd, JJ Barea, Steve Nash and more.

Luka Doncic has already accumulated 5,115 points in his first three years in the league. He has career averages of 25.7 points on 45.7 percent shooting from the field, including 33.1 percent from deep.

With that said, he is averaging 1,705 points per campaign. If he keeps that up, he would be able to surpass Kidd, Barea, Jim Jackson, Nash, Jay Vincent, Josh Howard and Sam Perkins and make it to no. 8 on the Mavs list with around 6,82o points at the end of 2021-22.

Moreover, since he just signed a massive extension with the Mavs that will keep him in the Big D at least until the 2026-27 season, the Slovenian wonderboy could potentially crack the Top 3 of the Mavs' scoring or even higher. With his current pace, he is set to score 15,345 points by the end of his contract–which would put him at No. 3 behind just Dirk Nowitzki and Rolando Blackman.

Of course, that is not yet considering the improvements he is expected to make as he progresses in his career and reaches his peak.

Not that anyone is denying Doncic's scoring genius and his ability to dominate games. However, at 22 years old, what he is doing is certainly impressive.
