Dallas Mavericks rookie sensation Luka Doncic notched his sixth triple double this season in their impressive 126-91 blowout of the Golden State Warriors. With this, he now has the second most triple-doubles in NBA history before turning 21 years old, per NBA.com on Twitter.

Only Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson is above him on this exclusive list with seven. Doncic just turned 20 last February 28. Thus, it's safe to say he will have more than enough time to tie or even surpass the Hall of Famer here. He may even do it this season, with nine games still remaining on their schedule.

The Slovenian Sensation has already broken multiple teenager records in the NBA. Earlier in the season, Doncic became the only player in NBA history to notch multiple triple-doubles before turning 20 years of age. Likewise, he became the only teenager ever to notch a 30-point triple-double.

Doncic was instrumental in the Mavs' route of the defending champions, which were missing Stephen Curry due to rest. The former EuroLeague MVP netted 23 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists to lead Dallas in handing Golden State its worst loss of the season.

Dallas came out guns a blazing, as Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki scored 8 points within the first three minutes en route to his best game of the season. Doncic added 11 points in the opening frame, with 9 of them coming from three of his signature step-back triples to break the game wide open.

Doncic is having one of the most special rookie seasons in recent memory. It's almost a lock at this point to give him the Rookie of the Year award, though Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young may have something to say about that.

With averages of 21.0 PPG, 7.6 RPG, and 5.8 APG, Doncic is on pace to become only the second rookie in NBA history to notch a 20-7-5 rookie campaign after Hall of Famer Oscar Robertson did it nearly 60 years ago.
