Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic was a man among boys during the Mavs' Tuesday matchup against the Sacramento Kings.

The Wonderboy poured in 34 points, 20 rebounds and 12 assists versus the Kings, helping the Mavs earn their first win at Disney World.

After the game, Doncic took to Twitter to celebrate the Mavs' victory, but he also admitted to reporters that Dallas didn't play particularly well.

This is what you want from your superstar player. While Doncic is no doubt happy the Mavericks finally got in the win column at Disney World, the All-Star is never satisfied and demands almost perfection from himself and his teammates.

The Mavs' next game is on Thursday against the Los Angeles Clippers, who are led by superstars Paul George and Kawhi Leonard. Dallas will have to play much better in that contest since the Clippers are an elite squad and won't make the same mistakes the Kings did on Tuesday.

Doncic, the reigning Rookie of the Year, was averaging 28.9 points, 9.3 rebounds and 8.8 assists per game for the Mavericks coming into Tuesday. He could very well win the 2020 Most Improved Player of the Year award since his stats have increased across the board.

One thing is certain, though: Dallas counts its blessing almost every day that Doncic is the new face of the organization in the postā€“Dirk Nowitzki era.
