Luka Doncic helped lead the Dallas Mavericks keep their season alive in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals Tuesday night, with a 119-109 victory. The Mavs now trail in the series three games to one, but they are alive heading to Golden State. Prior to tip-off, the NBA unveiled the 2021-2022 All-NBA Teams.

For the third consecutive season, Mavs superstar Luka Doncic was named to the All-NBA First Team. That's truly incredible considering he has only been playing in the NBA for four seasons. After the Game 4 win, Doncic talked about what it means to him.

“It's a blessing
as a kid, I always dreamed of being in the NBA and now it's my third All-NBA team and it's really a blessing. I'm really thankful for everybody that made it happen,” Doncic said.

Doncic averaged 28.4 points, 9.1 rebounds and 8.7 assists per game. He also posted the league's fifth best Player Efficiency Rating of 25.13. In doing that, he managed to help the Mavs accrue 52 wins and the fourth seed in the Western Conference.

Doncic was joined by two-time reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokic, two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, Celtics star Jayson Tatum and Suns leader Devin Booker. This was both Tatum's and Booker's first time earning First Team All-NBA honors.

All the Mavs leader did after the news broke was go out and dominate with Dallas' backs against the wall. Doncic scored 30 points, ripped down 14 rebounds and dished out nine assists. He also blocked two shots and picked up two steals as the Mavs had built at one point a 29-point lead.
