Dallas Mavericks rising star Luka Doncic caught fire again on Saturday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, as the 19-year-old Mavs forward his career-high of 35 points. This was his seventh 30-point effort of the season, and by doing so, he has tied Golden State Warriors superstar Kevin Durant with the fourth most 30-point games among teenagers.

Doncic will be celebrating his 20th birthday on Feburary 28, so he still has a few weeks to try and improve his standing on this prestigious list. Carmelo Anthony is next on the list with 10 30-point efforts, and judging by how Doncic has been playing lately, we would not bet against him notching at least three more 30-point games before he turns 20 at the end of this month.

Aside from the scoring outburst, Doncic also recorded four three-pointers, 11 rebounds, six assists, a steal, and just two turnovers to round out another all-around effort. He absolutely torched the hapless Cavs, who simply had no answer to Doncic on the evening.

It is worth noting that three of Doncic's seven 30-point efforts this season has come in his past four games. He dropped 32 points against the Detroit Pistons on January 25, which was followed by another remarkable 35-point performance against the Toronto Raptors just two days later.

Doncic has definitely taken on the scoring load for the shorthanded Mavs, and with his team currently transitioning following the huge trade that went down this week, it would not be surprising if Doncic continues on his current hot streak.
