Luka Doncic is pretty awesome in this basketball thing. Just ask Dallas Mavericks teammate Dorian Finney-Smith, who himself particularly enjoys playing with the Mavs superstar.

According to Finney-Smith, one of Doncic's most outstanding qualities is his court vision. This results in some pretty insane passes — some of which even his Mavs teammates don't see coming:

“He always finds me,” Finney-Smith said, via Brad Townsend of the Dallas Morning News. “Yesterday he found me twice and I didn't even expect the ball to be in my hands. Playing with him, you never know when he's looking at you. He sees you without even seeing you.”

DFS himself has been on the receiving end of more than a few dimes from his Mavs superstar teammate, but as Finney-Smith admits, some of these Doncic passes still surprise him:

“He’ll zip it right to you in a matter of seconds, and you’ll be looking crazy with the ball in your hands, it’s the end of the shot clock, and then you have to shoot and you’re like, ‘Damn, I didn’t even know I was going to have that,’” added Finney-Smith, via Callie Caplan.

If even his Mavs teammates don't even know when the passes are coming then just imagine how opponents must feel like. Guarding Luka Doncic has become quite an imposing task, and the fact that he can easily dish out a pin-point pass to a wide-open teammate makes defenders' lives much, much tougher. Oh, and he's pretty good in shooting the ball too, so there's that as well.
