The Pittsburgh Pirates aren't exactly the most desirable team in the MLB right now. Perhaps this is exactly why Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban wants nothing to do with the franchise.

Cuban's name was recently dragged into a Twitter conversation wherein it was suggested that the Mavs owner could solve the issues surrounding the Pirates franchise. The billionaire caught wind of the discussion and he quickly responded with a very harsh two-word truth bomb:

“No chance,” Cuban responded in his tweet.

Cuban has found a lot of success with the Mavs over the years and they are in the midst of what appears to be another golden era with Luka Doncic at the helm. Just this season, Dallas just made it to the Western Conference Finals for the first time since Dirk Nowitzki led them to a championship in 2011.

Cuban obviously has no intention of bringing over his magic (and his billions) to help a struggling franchise such as the Pirates. He may be a big baseball fan (he reportedly tried to purchase the Chicago Cubs a few years ago), but he has just made it abundantly clear that he wants nothing at all to do with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
