Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban can't wait for power forward Kristaps Porzingis to make his Mavs debut next season.

Cuban expects Porzingis to “fu**in crush it” in 2019-20.

Kristaps Porzingis has fully recovered from his ACL tear. The big man becomes a restricted free agent this summer, but all signs point toward KP and the Mavs coming to terms on a long-term deal once free agency starts on July 1.

Before he tore his ACL last season with the New York Knicks, Porzingis was averaging 22.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game while shooting 43.9 percent from the field, 39.5 percent beyond the arc, and 79.3 percent from the free throw line.

Mark Cuban and the Mavs can't wait to see Porzingis and Luka Doncic play together. The franchise is hoping the two youngsters can be the next Dirk Nowitzki-Steve Nash combination in Dallas.

It's obviously going to take Porzingis time to get his rhythm and timing back after missing more than a year of basketball. Mavs head coach Rick Carlisle is one of the smartest basketball minds in the NBA; odds are he will put Porzingis and Doncic in positions to be successful together.

Dallas is going to miss the playoffs this season, but in 2020, that shouldn't happen if Porzingis is healthy.
