Just a few months ago it was reported by Sports Illustrated that the Dallas Mavericks organization was a hostile place for women to work, and as more and more details come out, it raises more concerns.

According to the Dallas Morning News, an employee that worked in the Mavericks ticket sales office, and was named “Pants DJ' would watch and look at pornographic material on his phone, and would rub himself below his belt line.

He would even wave coworkers over to his desk, to show them pictures that he had taken of other women. This type of behavior continued for six years, and Mark Cuban even gave him the warning to stop watching the porn at his desk, but the behavior never stopped.

The employee's name was Chris Hyde and although he was fired in 2014, he was one of the culprits that helped create the hostile work environment.

This report by the Morning News could also be damning to Mark Cuban because this report shows that Cuban specifically knew what was happening inside the organization, and although he gave the employee a warning, that really doesn't seem like enough.

According to former employees, after Hyde was issued the warning by Cuban, he did stop his behavior for a little bit, but was soon back to his old ways. Cuban's warning came in 2008, but he continued to show pictures to employees until he was fired.

It's not really clear if this will make the NBA open another investigation into the workplace conduct inside the Mavericks facility, but this type of story is going to open up some eyes.
