The Dallas Mavericks unveiled their new city edition jerseys, and let's just say Mavs fans aren't too thrilled by them.

As you can see from the replies to the Mavs' official twitter account, Dallas fans believe the franchise has made a mistake with the new city edition jerseys:

The Mavs are 8-5 on the season and have one of the most exciting players in basketball in Luka Doncic on their team. Surely, the Mavs could have come up with a better design to these jerseys.

Doncic recorded a 40-point triple-double on Monday against the San Antonio Spurs at home. He's now averaging 29.5 points, 10.7 rebounds and 9.3 assists on the season while shooting 47.7 percent from the field, 31.4 percent from beyond the arc and 81.1 percent from the free-throw line.

No matter how terrible these new city edition jerseys look, Doncic is always going to look good on the basketball court for the Mavs. Some pundits are saying the reigning Rookie of the Year is the most polished second-year player in NBA history. Others are saying if the Mavs make the playoffs, Doncic could possibly win the MVP award.

Either way, it's been fun watching Doncic dominate this season. Unfortunately, we'll have to see him play in these city edition jerseys one day.
