The Dallas Mavericks might benefit from the decision of Kawhi Leonard, who has yet to reveal his free-agency destination. According to Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer, the Mavs could acquire Danilo Gallinari if Leonard decides to sign with the Los Angeles Clippers. It is widely believed that Danny Green, who is also still on the free-agency market, will be a part of a package deal for Leonard's next team.

In order to acquire Green as part of the Leonard deal, the Clippers need to move the $22.6 million contract of Gallinari. O'Connor said that the Mavs will likely be the ideal landing spot, as they have $22.9 million in cap space, and is also looking to bolster their roster.

Leonard is the biggest name left on the market. The two-time NBA Most Valuable Player is reportedly picking between the Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, and the Toronto Raptors. He met the Los Angeles teams earlier this week and is expected to sit down with the Raptors soon.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Leonard does not feel pressured to make a decision soon, and it could take until late this week for him to pick his team. Green previously admitted that Leonard's future would also affect his own decision this summer.
