Dallas Mavericks center DeAndre Jordan is one of the best centers and dunkers in the game, and Atlanta Hawks big man Alex Len found that out the hard way Wednesday night.

The Mavs were in Atlanta Wednesday to take on the Hawks, and DeAndre Jordan posterized Alex Len in the third quarter.

DeAndre Jordan's most memorable dunk of his career was with the Los Angeles Clippers when he murdered Detroit Pistons guard Brandon Knight on an alley-oop. The high-flyer has had some nasty dunks since then, but nothing has topped that dunk on Knight, as least not yet.

After spending the first 10 years of his NBA career with the Clippers, DeAndre Jordan signed a one-year, $22.9 million free agent deal with the Mavs in July. Jordan, of course, agreed to sign with Dallas in 2015, but had a change of heart and went back to the Clippers.

DeAndre Jordan is averaging 17.0 points and 12.7 rebounds on the young season. He's shooting 70.0 percent from the field and, wait for it, 90.0 percent from the free-throw line That free throw percentage will go down.

Playing alongside point guard Dennis Smith Jr. and rookie Luka Doncic, DeAndre Jordan figures to get a lot of dunks this season in Dallas.
