Prior to Thursday night's contest between the Dallas Mavericks and the Denver Nuggets, players were kicking it cool and shooting the breeze during their typical pre-game warm-ups. Apparently, nobody else during the shootarounds was having more fun than future Hall-of-Famer Dirk Nowitzki.

Seeing that the game was on national broadcast, the crew of NBA on TNT took an opportunity to mic up the German legend for an inside look on the Mavs pre-game rituals. What's caught on tape was pretty hilarious:

Nowitzki was all smiles as he joked around with fellow teammate, Jalen Brunson. He quipped that the Villanova standout had never seen a mobile seven-footer such as he, followed by hysterically saying that ā€œthis ain't no college, killa!ā€ at the end of the clip.

What really makes this video such a riot is Brunson's subtle and barely audible retort. Just when Dirk began describing his physique as an agile big man, the young rookie replied: ā€œmobileā€¦?ā€

The camera didn't get a close look at Brunson's reaction, but one could only imagine that there's a gleeful puzzlement on his face that looks something like that Nick Young meme with question marks all over it.

All jokes aside, Brunson's developmental years in the NBA will be equally fun as it is fruitful with solid mentors like Nowitzki around him.

As for the former league MVP, it's great to see him still in high spirits despite the fact that his NBA career is about to come to an end. Nowitzki will not only go down as one of the greatest basketball players in history but also one of the coolest and most respected players in general to boot.
