Dallas Mavericks rookie Luka Doncic is known for his craftiness, but he can also get up and throw it down.

San Antonio Spurs big man Pau Gasol found that out the hard way on Wednesday night, when Doncic avoided a Gasol block attempt and slammed it with the Spaniard in the area.

The best part of this is Doncic's reaction. He was not even excited about the dunk. No, he was actually aggravated, as he thought that there should have been a foul called, as well.

Doncic has taken the league by storm this season. On the year, he is averaging 20.2 points, 6.7 rebounds, five assists and 1.1 steals over 32 minutes per game. He's shooting 43.5 percent from the floor, 37.3 percent from three-point range and 73.2 percent from the free-throw line.

The 19-year-old, who came over from Slovenia, was originally selected by the Atlanta Hawks with the third overall pick of the 2018 NBA draft. However, Doncic was then immediately traded to the Mavericks for Oklahoma guard Trae Young.

It seems safe to say that the Hawks may be regretting that deal right about now.

Doncic has an incredible feel for the game, and remember that he is still a teenager, which is unreal. The 6-foot-7 wonder-kid has not only played well individually, but he has actually made the Mavericks, a team most expected to be a bottom-dweller in the Western Conference this season, a respectable team.

Dallas entered its matchup with the in-state rival Spurs on Wednesday evening sporting a record of 20-23.
