As if we needed more proof that European sensation Luka Doncic deserves to be this season's Rookie of the Year, the super Slovenian continues to deliver one highlight after another.

During Thursday night's contest between the Dallas Mavericks and the Denver Nuggets, Doncic took matters into his own hands in hopes of giving his team the lead with less than 15 seconds left in the contest.

Not only did the 20-year-old Wonderboy deliver with a go-ahead score, he did so in emphatic fashion for the lack of a better term.

Staying calm under pressure, El Matador released a burst of speed that saw him bull rush from the three-point line straight to the hoop for a monstrous jam that laid Denver defenders Mason Plumlee and Paul Millsap to waste.

Here's the clip of Doncic's gorgeous dunk courtesy of the French Mavs fans Twitter page:

This clip has everything from Doncic's play to Marv Albert's amazing work on commentary and Dirk Nowitzki lifting his arms up in the air in awe of what just happened.

Doncic would convert the three-point play to give the Mavs a two-point lead with less than six seconds left in regulation. Unfortunately for Dallas, Denver big man Nikola Jokic would drill a buzzer-beating three-pointer to seal the clutch victory for the Nuggets and break the Mavericks' hearts.

If there's any solace to be found for Mavs fans, though, it's that the game was very entertaining from start to finish, and Doncic's phenomenal dunk is a way better-looking on the highlight reel than another typical game-winning three.
