Crystal Dynamic's Marvel's Avengers game might be getting some new skins to come in version 1.6.1. Some MCU skins have been making the rounds on social media, notably from gaming leaker Miller and his followers. According to Miller, these skins will come on or after the release of version 1.6.1.

Marvel movie skins coming to Marvel's Avengers, leaks suggest

Captain America's MCU costume, Hawkeye's Ronin look, Black Widow's MCU look, and the Hulk's MCU time travel suit have all appeared through leaks. The four MCU skins have started appearing in select players' games. However, since the MCU skins have not yet been released, these designs may still be subject to changes.

If the leaked skins look a bit rough, that's because the unreleased skins may have not yet been completely integrated into Marvel's Avengers. Hence, some of the meshing and the hair textures may glitch when using these MCU skins. Meanwhile, we've yet to see any glimpses on Thor's and Iron Man's MCU skins. Maybe, we'll also get the Spider-Man MCU skin eventually.

However, don't get your hopes up that these MCU skins will make these iconic heroes look like their Holywood counterparts. They will have the costumes and the outfits, but not the facial features. Marvel's Avengers doesn't have clearance for that. Not that it's a big issue, since the in-game models look amazing, anyway.

Since Crystal Dynamics claimed that they have creative reign on Marvel's property, many fans have long been requesting the devs to add the MCU look of the comic book superheroes in Marvel's Avengers. It's great that we're finally seeing these coming, even if all we have right now are leaks. We don't have an official release date for these yet.  However, many believe that these will come alongside the Black Widow Red Room event, coming this July.
