Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade has joined WarnerMedia where he will appear on TNT's coverage of the NBA.

Wade makes his debut on Tuesday.

Wade figures to be great on TV. He's one of the best players in NBA history and has a plethora of knowledge he can share.

Wade had his farewell tour with the Heat last season. He averaged 15.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 72 games while shooting 43.3 percent from the field, 33.0 percent from beyond the arc and 70.8 percent from the free-throw line.

While it would be cool to see Wade come back and play for the Heat now that his pal Jimmy Butler is in South Beach, the odds of this happening are very, very low. Wade is busy with his family, as he’s taking care of his daughter.

Plus, the way Wade ended his NBA career was epic. He recorded a triple-double in his last game against the Brooklyn Nets with his best friends courtside. LeBron James, Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony made the trip to the Barclays Center to watch Wade play his final game in the NBA.

As we all know, Wade is the best player in Heat franchise history. He finished his NBA career with averages of 22.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 5.4 assists. Wade won three titles with the Heat and was the 2006 Finals MVP.
