The producers of “The Last Dance” — which chronicled Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls' quest for their sixth title — are reportedly working on a documentary featuring WWE icon Stone Cold Steve Austin

The news was revealed by former WWE announcer Lillian Garcia on The Chris Van Vliet Show, where she admitted that she'll be part of the upcoming documentary. The interesting part was that she was actually watching The Last Dance when she received the call.

“WWE contacted me and they said the producers from The Last Dance are going to reach out to you,” Garcia said. “They want you in their documentary. It’s crazy because when I got the message I was literally just watching The Last Dance documentary.”

Without hesitation, Garcia agreed to be part of the documentary. She also revealed that the producers plan to release it next year.

“I said, ‘Jake I’m literally watching your documentary right now, this is amazing.’ I come to find out that they want to do a documentary for Stone Cold Steve Austin and it’s coming out next year.”

Austin was the poster boy of the WWE from the mid-90s up to the early 2000s. His no-holds-barred, beer-drinking, hell-raising, anti-hero persona captivated millions of wrestling fans all over the world. It propelled wrestling entertainment to its height and became a billion-dollar industry. His feuds with The Rock, Triple H, and other larger than life figures, are classics into themselves. But what stuck to the hearts and minds of many is his long-standing feud with Vince McMahon, WWE's very own CEO.
