On Friday, the Milwaukee Bucks announced a new partnership with ride sharing company Uber. The deal makes Uber “the preferred ride of the team” via the official press release.

“We are thrilled to welcome Uber to the Bucks family and offer our fans another convenient alternative for arriving at Bucks games this season,” said Matt Pazaras, Bucks Senior Vice President, Business Development. “Uber is a standard-bearer for technology and innovation, and will be a great addition to our team as we continue to provide our fans with a world-class experience on game nights.”

Uber will sponsor promotions in the stadium and in their app throughout the 2016-17 season.

This is ultimately a great partnership for fans as Uber rides will be more readily available to and from BMO Harris Bradley Center.

All fans have to do is select the stadium as their destination in the Uber app to get a ride to the new dedicated Uber drop-off zone at the stadium, or head to the designated pickup spot at the stadium before requesting a ride to leave the arena.

“As the preferred ride of the Bucks, Uber is now a great option for fans who want their trip to and from BMO Harris Bradley Center to be hassle free,” Uber Wisconsin General Manager Carrol Chang said. “Bucks fans can skip the parking lot – just push a button and get a ride.”
