The MMA Gods appeared to be against Nasrat Haqparast vs Dan Hooker. Both men have had every obstacle imaginable leading up to their fight at UFC 266.

Dan Hooker had issues with his Visa leading up to the fight which meant he wasn't able to leave New Zealand like he was supposed to. He is expected to arrive in Las Vegas Thursday just before the weigh-ins on Friday morning.

Nasrat Haqparast has had many issues on his end both in his personal life and professional life. His mother passed away weeks before the fight, this forced him to make an incredibly difficult decision.

Haqparast made the decision to go forward with the fight. However, he started having issues with his Visa as he attempted to leave Germany.

It appears as though Nasrat Haqparast will make it to the fight after all though. He posted an update on Twitter letting MMA fans know that he was all set and he would be heading to Vegas.

The update happened Thursday morning as Haqparast was seen at the airport getting ready to fly to Las Vegas. The trip happened at the last minute for him as well.

It's unclear what the effects of the last-minute travel, weight cut, and the time difference will have on the fighters. Normally athletes from outside of the USA like to arrive early so that they can get acclimated to the time difference.

As of this writing, Nasrat Haqparast vs Dan Hooker is all set to go down on September 25 at UFC 266.
