As reported by Ben Rohrbach of Yahoo Sports, NBA 2k players will earn more than players in the G League, the NBA's development league.

The NBA 2k League, an organization co-founded by the NBA and Take-Two Interactive Software — recently held its inaugural draft at Madison Square Garden’s Hulu Theater in New York. First round picks were set to earn a starting salary of $35,000.

Those picked in the second to the sixth rounds will make $32,000. On top of the cash, they will also get benefits that will cover travel and housing costs as well as medical and retirement benefits for their players.

On the other hand, G League players earn between $19,000 or $26,000. For two-way players, those who both play in the G League and its NBA counterpart earn a starting salary of $75,000. If they make it to the NBA, they can earn as much as $275,000.
